Seema Sastri to hit screens on November 17

Seema Sastry with the tagline Bheebhatsamaina Factionist being directed and produced by G. Nageswar Reddy on the banner of Sri Katyayani Creations with Allari Naresh and Farjana in the lead is likely to be released on November 17, 2007. Subject of this film is a love story between Subrahmanya Sastry and Surekha Reddy. Though the film is based on the Rayalaseema factionism with a comedy touch. Ali, Mumaith Khan, Krishna Bhagwan and others are in the cast. Music is scored by Vandemataram Srinivas.

Shivaji - Mutyala Subbaih film launched

Shooting of an yet to be titled film to be directed by Mutyala Subbaiah and produced by Anoop Chakravarthy (a UK Based Telugu) on the banner of Trendset Films with Sivaji and Malayalam actress Honey Rose in the lead was launched on November 5, 2007 in Hyderabad. Mutyala Subbaiah is directing this film after a long gap. This is the first Telugu film for Honey Rose. She has previously acted in many Malayalam films. This movie is a family drama with good sentiment and comedy and has message for society.

Mantra music launched

Audio of the film Mantra being directed by newcomer Osho Thulasi Ram with Charmme in the title role was launched on Sunday evening at Prasad Labs preview theatre, Hyderabad. Music director M.M. Keeravani and director S.S. Rajamouli released the audio. The audio was released into market by Vel Records, owned by Keeravani's wife Sri Valli. Heroine Charmee could not make it to the function. The film reloves around her character and it is a thriller. Music is scored by Anand.

Raja-Srihari film shooting progress

Shooting of the yet to be titled film being directed by A. Mallikarjun under the banner of Nandi Productions with Raja and Gazala in the lead and Srihari in an important role is progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. Raja and Srihari are playing the roles of brothers in this film. The film has heart-touching subject of the love between two brothers and revolves around the various incidents that take place between them. Major part of the shooting has been completed barring the climax. Gazala is acting in the film after a long break.

Surya-Asin film audio release on November 4

Audio of the film Dev directed by Hari and released by Bellamkonda Suresh in Telugu on the banner of Aishwary Art Films with Surya and Asin in the lead will be released on November 4, 2007. This film is the dubbing version of Tamil film Vel. Asin and Surya have previous acted together in Ghazini, which was a big hit both in Tamil and Telugu. The film is being readied for a Deepavali release. Surya will be playing a double role in this movie. This is the second film in which he is playing a double role.

Kotta Bangaru Lokam with Varun Sandesh of Happy Days in the lead

Producer Dil Raju was planning for a film of love story subject with title Kotta Bangaru Lokam for a long time. He was looking for a suitable lead actor for this film and finally Varun Sandesh of Happy Days was selected as hero for this film. Dil Raju announced the film on November 01, 2007. Dil Raju bought the film Happy Days from Sekhar Kammula and released it and the film has been a huge hit. A new director Srikanth will be directing this film. Prakash Raj is playing the role of father to hero.

Deepavali with Venu in the lead

A film titled Deepavali being directed by Haribabu and produced by AAA Creations with Venu and Newcomer Megha Nair in the lead was launched its shooting on November 1, 2007. Arthi Agarwal appears in a special role in this movie. Music is being scored by Ramana Ogeti. Hero Tottempudi Venu's last movie was Yamagola Malli Modhalaindhi in which he was the lead actor along with hero Srikanth.
