B.N. Reddy

B.N. Reddy was born on November 16, 1908 in Kothapalli. His full name is Narasimha Reddy Bommireddy. He is the director of the film all time super hit film 'Mallishwari' (1951) starring NTR, ANR, Savitri, Jamuna, and SVR. He is the elder brother of producer Nagi Reddy and Cinematographer Konda Reddy B.N.

He received prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award by the Government of India for his life-time contribution to Indian cinema in 1975. He also received Padmabhushan by the Government of India.
